Heart Resonance
Every Thursday night is an invitation to slow everything down. This sound relaxation is a shared offering with Cheryl from The Shade Tree, bringing together the depth of the gong and the healing tones of crystal sound bowls. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help the body arrive and the nervous system soften, before settling into an extended sound journey. The evening will close with mantra to support grounding and re-orientation.

Kundalini Yoga: An Introduction
This three-hour immersion for women, offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to a somatic, transformative practice that works through breath, movement, meditation and sound. Kundalini Yoga supports and nourishes the nervous and glandular systems while also connecting you to the whole self, both physical and metaphysical. It can bring more energy, focus and emotional steadiness, along with a deeper connection to your intuition, confidence and vitality.
February Classes: Insight
February is devoted to Insight, not something we chase through thinking, but as something that becomes available when the system is clearer. As routines return and life gathers pace again, this month focuses on reducing internal noise through practices that support the body’s elimination pathways and restore healthy internal flow.
